Home Energy Audit
Give your home energy an audit and save on your energy cost.
Or have your money back.
Problems with your walls, loose windows and doors, as well as poor insulation and lack of insulation, leak energy out of your house and cost you money. So, how do you stop them? You start with a home energy audit.
Are you selling or letting your property? Make sure you have your EPC ready
As a seller, landlord or letting agent, you are legally required to show prospective buyers or tenants the Energy Performance Certificate for the property in question. If you fail to provide an EPC when requested, you can end up paying £200 fine, and your property can be potentially taken off the market.
Landlord? Are you aware of your responsibilities under the new MEES regulations?
MEES come into action on April 1st 2018, from that date property that has an EPC rating of F or G will need make changes that bring the property up to a minimum of an E rating.
